Who can use the services of Clematis Concierge?

Everybody! Senior citizens, busy executives, new parents, and small businesses can all benefit from the services we provide.  

We can help take care of all your to-do’s!

How much do you charge?

We offer hourly rates & package solutions. Personal Concierge and Business Support Service rates begin at $83 an hour with one of our monthly package options. Social Media Marketing and Event packages are also available.

Client is responsible for all expenses incurred (cost of groceries, postage, dry cleaning, tolls, etc.) For purchases we make on your behalf, we simply ask that you setup a card on file that can be charged for any expenses.

There is a one-hour minimum for services.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, local checks, Paypal, and Venmo. You will be given a detailed invoice of the service provided, as well as receipts for anything purchased on your behalf.  Payment is due prior to completion of services.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, life happens! If you need to cancel your booking, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. For cancellations made with less notice, we'll work our magic to reschedule your service for another convenient time or provide a credit for future use. Our goal is to make things as convenient and stress free as possible for you!

Do you provide security for your home watch services?

We offer multiple options for home watch services while you are away, which range from daily or weekly home visits to water plants and check the mail, to full security options through our partnership with A Security Pro Professional Protection.

What areas do you serve?

West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and Palm Beach County.

Are you registered with the State? Do you carry insurance?

Yes. Clematis Concierge, LLC, is registered with the State of Florida, and is fully insured.

Can I provide specific instructions for each task?

Yes of course! We encourage you to share as much detail as possible.

I have a crazy over-the-top request. Can I still call you?

Yes of course! We love a challenge. If we don’t have the capability to do the work ourselves, we have a large network of contacts and will know who to call to help!
